My name is Francesca Satti and I am a founding partner of Essegi Luxury.
I have practically always carried out this activity as the daughter of a real estate agent. My role is to supervise and coordinate the Essegi Agencies and I am the solely responsible the office in the Historic Center.
My business is set up to develop the Luxury sector and the relationship with our foreign customers in particular. In 2013, I have been the 1st one in mt Office to be part of the show called House Hunters International.
With my multilingual staff I am able to work constantly to achieve the result by monitoring every phase inherent the purchase, sale and rental, making sure that you have an extremely professional and reliable partner by your side. My name is Isabel Saragozza Aquilina. My ancestry is half Spanish and half Maltese. I was born in Tripoli, Libya. While my mother language is Italian, I also speak English, Maltese, some Arabic and I understand Spanish. My experience in real estate began in Milan, where I worked for 3 years before joining Essegi Luxury in 2011 in Lucca. Here, my duties not only include serving as a secretary, but booking appointments for our realtors, overseas customer coordinator, and marketing. In 2017, I had the pleasure to be part of the show called House Hunters International. Over the years our assistance to our international clients has grown. We not only can assist in purchasing or renting a property but also with dealing with the different rules and regulations required in Italy which can be somewhat difficult and intimating for foreigners. Not only can I assist in helping our clients find that special property, but I can also advise on opening a Ban k Account, transferring utilities, dealing with the Italian Revenue Service, suggest an interior designer or cleaning service and, basically, whatever is required to smooth your path to living in Lucca.
